A firmer and more responsive suspension and brakes with better initial bite are things you absolutely will feel even though the amount of measured performance you're demanding of them was kept the same. And you might get spoiled by that, since you really don't have to be driving very hard to notice these things if you're either paying attention or just taking PP and non-PP cars on back to back drives over the same route.Eh, because you can definitely tell a difference when driving a Mustang vs a focus. You're not really going to tell a difference from that torsen, those brembos, that radiator, etc. when driving a PP on the road vs. driving a regular GT. Aside from maybe the bouncier suspension.
I bet the difference from swapping a set of PP wheels and tires onto a non-PP and doing nothing else is something that quite a few people here would notice almost right away.
Though I suppose there are folks who'd have trouble noticing such differences and for whom a non-PP would be the better choice.
