So I currently have some upgrades on my 2015 pp gt. I have headers, intake and Bama tune and was planning on going e85 and adding the gt350 manifold, so the question is what suspension upgrades should be good?

I am in the middle of doing BMR performance springs, BMR sway bars, BMR cradle lockout kit, and Steeda camber adjusters front and rear.

What are you going for performance-wise? If you just want to drop it a bit, springs are probably all you need.

I'd recommend BMR Performance Springs. The BMR SP080 spring rates are perfect for the stock PP dampeners.

Steeda fixed dampers, your choice of springs (I'm enjoying Swift Spec Rs and have had Steeda Ultralites, which are great), then shore up the IRS with your brand of choice.

That's basically what I wanted just some lowering springs but I have some friends telling me to go with the ford performance track handling pack but I wasn't sure about it

For the majority, I am a big fan of a simple combination of parts to start - and get the car dialed in, THEN add additionally.

We cater to the PP models with several of our parts, and I can tell you that our SP080 Lowering Springs (which are designed from a PP GT) and our CB005 make a great change all around in the PP models.

Check out this thread on our springs:

http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16517

There, you will find things like the following quote:

After driving around for a week on my Performance Springs/Cradle Lockout combination, I've got to say that I couldn't be happier with both. Getting past the look (which is perfect, in my eyes), there is a noticeable improvement in firmness and stability over both smooth and rough surfaces. There is a minor communication of some larger imperfections in the road, but that is more due to the Cradle Lockout, I believe, than the springs - and is not at all unpleasant or even unexpected.
I've read in this thread that the car feels more 'planted' with these two modifications, and now, having done them, i know exactly what they mean. It feels more sure-footed around turns and there's a noticeable (and welcome) decrease in front-end dive under hard braking. I love the combo and would recommend it to all. Nice job, BMR - great products at a reasonable price. Sway bars next!.
Let me know if you have any questions about BMR Chassis or Suspension components!

Happy Modding!

It's a shame to pay for the PP package and then start taking parts out like the sway bars. I know the PP sway bars are thicker then the regular ones, is it possible to get poly bushings and better end links for the PP bars??

We offer a set of 4 end links that work with the OEM Bars.

I still have the OEM PP Bars on my PP GT....and I think they are pretty solid and balanced. Of course, I am going to upgrade...but only once the wider and stickier tires go on.

As for the bushing upgrade - I am not sure who offers that for the PP 32/22.2 combo....but I think Steeda may have something along those lines.

The issue with that is, by the time you spend the money on fancy saddles and bushings...you are almost half way to buying a decent front and rear bar kit that are adjustable.

And I would consider the fact that....the bars and most other PP items could be considered free. You got EXCELLENT brakes, wheels & tires, a Torsen/373s and a radiator that easily exceed the $2500 upgrade price for the PP option. ;)

you have a valid point. I will be ordering suspension stuff from you guys and steeda within a few months. I like the idea that your springs were designed for the PP struts/shocks.

It's a great value that works. Worth every penny.

The PP sway bars are nice for scootin' around some mountains. A probably <$1 cost increase for Ford between the regular bars. Okay, I'll give them $2 tops. Your money comes in a bigger radiator, Brembo brakes, brake cooling, a 3.73 rear end (Torsen likabilty... eh, but it's better than burning up clutched differentials), and wheels that aren't half bad, especially when spaced out about 5mm (no, not 1" like the usual spacers).

My Steeda sway bars... way the fuhk better. Adjustable per my application - can harden up the car or tone it down by a wide margin with them but still always less body roll than the stock bars. Body role, in our cars, is exacerbated in feel by an obnoxiously high-up seating position (i.e., the seat doesn't go low enough). At the very least, get the solid Strano bar on the back (same diameter as stock but solid) to hack out some of the god awful understeer that comes standard with the PP car's suspension.

As you can tell, I was not a fan of the stock PP suspension.

x2

I got the Extreme G K-member and the IRS braces which help a bit. I'm looking to add an upgraded Sway bar kit(BMR or Steeda) and Steeda dampeners down the road.

Also Thinking about the CB005 Cradle lockout kit but wondering about the compatibility with my pre-existing IRS braces.

The CB005 kit is not compatible with our IRS subframe support braces. I would recommend our IRS aliingment kit and our IRS bushing support system,to complement your system.
