sandeale, I had read previously that the dyno run was in 4th, any luck getting some time to get on the dyno again to get 5th results?

Many shops won't allow that because of the speeds the car gets up to in fifth. The results in fourth usually aren't much different. The ones that I've seen compare pulls in different gears show that they're reading within the margin of error on a dyno.

I got 20 more corrected rwhp in 5th compare to 4th gear on a Mustang dyno one run after the other.

Maybe it depends on the dyno. I've seen way more results that were within just a few hp of each other than not. Some shops just flat out won't let you run that fast on a dyno unfortunately. The before and after gains should be the same, and that's the real thing we're looking at. You could go from one dyno to another and see a 40whp difference, but we all know that doesn't mean anything.

Its still has nice volume with the resonators, but the sound has cleaned up nicely and there is no annoying rasp at cold start up and in the upper rpms. Also, cold start-ups are now normal and not annoyingly loud-raspy.

Ya i feel ya man. The borla s type catback alone is already pure sex. The headers would greatly improve the coyotes performance but it would probably be too much for me since i live in a residential neighbourhood. I want headers soo bad but i feel like unless i go back to my stock exhaust i wont be able to get away with it being a hell of alot louder
I have AFE Power LT Headers w/ their High Flow cats connected to 3" Borla S-Type. 3" performance connect using pieces of the T-304 Borla LT header extensions. Its only crazy loud for about 15-20 seconds on a cold start. After that it idles down and is "neighborhood friendly" enough, as long as you drive casual through the development. Of course, I go to work a 9am. If I went at 5am, my neighbors may not like the cold start so much..........

I have a guy around the corner with a GT500 and his is louder at cold start than my S550 N/A.

I have the GT350 IM and TB on order with Levittown and a Flex Fuel tune coming from Lund. Still Debating whether to go to 47# injectors or not. Thanks Sandeale for posting all this!!!
Has anyone verified if the JLT GT350 CAI, will line up with a S550 Coyote with GT350 intake??

I'd like to take advantage of the larger TB without adapters. I currently have a standard Airaid on it.

I have my GT350 intake and TB sitting in my garage. I also have an Airaid air intake, but I'm going to try to see if I can line them up and use some sort of coupler as Sandeale did with his JLT.

How are the revisions coming? Is there any significant change in power or drivability since the last update? Surging issues fixed? What redline now? Power differences?
