Ordered the kit last week and after some shipping delays got it all swapped in on Sunday. Optimum thanks for taking care of the shipping issues quickly, you're a stand up guy
I have had AMSoil Synchromesh in for the last 8,000 miles. The Synchromesh had improved most of the shifting...
I have been messing around with different blends of E85 here in PHX. Mainly for two reasons:
1) I didn't like the long starter cranking cold starts of straight E85 in the cold mornings( 30-40 degrees)
2) Didn't like the 5-6 mpg loss of straight E85
I have found through trial and error that my...
The OEM injector is the BR3Z9F593A and it is a 36#/hr injector. 378cc/min

I just went back through my datalog from the last 91 pump gas tune I had on the car right after I put the GT350 TB&IM on it. Not one single positive number......all between 0 and -4.67 at WOT in 4th gear going 130 mph on Queen Creek Rd between I-10 and Price Rd. :D
I have never had any positive knock numbers with any of the Lund tunes I 've datalogged. Always 0 or a negative number. The last datalog I sent them was with E27 in the car and it was mainly 0's with some below -1.0 and few -3.25 at WOT in 3rd gear.
I have 3 E85 stations on my way to/from...
I bought the radiator online for $400 and installed it myself with help from my Dad. Need and extra jug of orange coolant too.
So 430 bucks and 2 hours of my time. The only real PITA is getting the AC condenser off/on the front of the radiator.
It still has some surge under certain situations, but it drives fine cruising at 2200rpm's. Lund has tuned most of it out, but some remains. They say until they can get their hands on an actual S550 with the GT350 Combo installed they won't get it completely eliminated. They estimate they...
Hmmm.....yea something is just not connecting. Seems the nGauge never reads that the car is powered on.....could be the OBD2 port, cable, nGuage itself.
Let us know how it gets resolved.....curious.
Well, here's what I would do.
1) Make sure your nGauge is on FW180. It shows at the bottom when it boots up. If it is not go to the Lund support page and download and install it.
2) I would re-download and re-copy the .enc tune file they sent you to the custom files directory and let it...
This seems odd to me right there. My nGauge usually says 4 minutes and then the second it starts to erase the PCM it kills everything in the car right then.......not 2-3 minutes later.
Did you get past the PCM erase and to were it starts to show the progress bar moving across the bottom of the...
AZMP installed my FRPP Handling Kit for me last fall. It actually took longer than he thought(by a fair amount), but Jay still charged me the quoted install price.
They were going to do my GT350 IM install and radiator upgrade, but my Dad ended up coming into town(retired Ford Master Tech) so...
Since you say its a full ARH w/HF Cats I'm assuming its all 3"
Basically here's the 3 options I looked at to calm down my AFE Power headers with X pipe and S-Type exhaust.

I have the GT350 IM installed and strut tower brace...there is less than 1/2 in of space under the strut brace I can't imagine the cover fitting under it.
I had the 12469 put in place of the X pipe as well.
I would say it cut out about 33% or 1/3 of the sound I had with just headers>X-pipe>3" Borla S-Type.
Cold start now is no longer an alarm clock for the entire neighborhood
It can still get loud above say 4500 rpm's, but shifts in the...
Got my GT350 setup on the dyno finally and the results are below. Runs were done on E85 that was reading as 75.5% on nGuage Alcohol %. So E76 I guess.
427.47rwhp on the best run. The runs were both in 4th, as the dyno operator doesn't like to do 5th with the high wheel speeds. He says his dyno...
Oppps.....missed that in his sig.....I just looked at the "drives" line below his name.
Yep....210 with Performance radiator and a 170 Tstat is unusually high no doubt.
