Sale price got me. I ordered the WB, upgraded hardware, & splitter protection hardware. Sending it all back. Cost alot to ship back out of pocket. Attaching pic of box. Filed BBB complain because guy on phoned dared me too.

Got RMA & email stating I'll also be charged a 10% restocking fee. OMG.Lol.

If you have the emailed order confirmation that shows you ordered the correct part they can’t charge you for the wrong part. If you can prove the error was 100% on their end and they didn’t ship what you ordered you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. I wouldn’t pay to ship it back until you explore that option. Obviously you need all the info to prove the error was on their side…

Right there that tells me it’s a hard pass dealing with that company.

First thing i would be doing is validating what i ordered. There was an error somewhere, and I'm not paying it if it isn't PROVEN the error was me. Did you get a confirmation email or a receipt with the item numbers?

In cases like this, i would resell to another vs returning. Had something like this happen before and we ended up making more than we paid. If we had returned, it would have been a 3 digit loss due to the shipping. It was a well pump insulated cover, and shipping was triple digits. But because we opted to resell, we ended up with a profit.

This crap is why i abhor people who do these kind of things, and so i will not play their game. BBB complaint would already be filed, reviews posted and any other bluffs called.

I verified what was ordered. Customer Service Rep said my email was incorrect. Their system said Track Pack not Performance Pack. So I asked why did I get Performance Pack black hardware uograde. He said all I could do was return with me paying shipping & reorder. I said I'll do that but will also return upgraded hardware & 2x splitter guard hardware(over priced anyway for some bolts/washers). Had no luck with RTR gurney flap either. Ends wouldn't stick. Had eat cost of that one.

Don't ship it back. Save any confirmation and order details. Email them asking to pay for the shipping back, and save their response. Call your credit card company and start a dispute.

They might not care about the BBB, but they care about money.

What a shame. That wicker bill was on my short list of things to order for mine. I guess I will explore other options.

I got their splitter rods and gt350 trackpack wicker bill both on sale with no issues. The wicker bill even came with the drill bit for the rivnuts so they seem good to go for me, still have to install both

Already sent it all back. Contacting CC company in morning. Should have googled them before ordering. Price point got me (again).
