I’m not trying to come off as rude, but a few people have asked for a receipt or some kind of document proving that you were sent the incorrect part and you in fact ordered the right part. You have seemingly ignored those comments and continued to speak poorly of ZL1. I’m not saying I trust them over you, nor am I saying you’re lying or even mistaken, but if you’re going to post a “buyer beware” thread about a pretty well known company it would help others to see proof that the error was on their side and not yours.

To double down on the BBB comment, they won’t get your money back and don’t care about “better business”.

Threads like this with no proof, and are just to bash a Vender , should be removed till such time that the poster can show supporting doc's that it is fact.
But this is the interwebs and facts/ proof don't matter.
Not saying some vender's when they duck up don't own it. but Anyone that has even sold anything on fleebay knows it is easy to put a vendor on blast and they can't do anything about it.
It is simple. black out your name and address, and order #. And post up the order showing you ordered the correct item and they shipped the wrong one.
More are willing to side with the o/p if it wasn't his words and no proof.
I know it won't happen as , well, um. ya.
Threads like this ARE why many in the business have retired and said, make your own god damn parts.

ZL1 Addons has Ghosted me. I got no refunds so far. Filed complaints with my bank. Also not communicated with BBB.

That's disappointing. Not picking a side here, but as a self employed individual I would not cut lines of communication and come up with some sort of compromise...
Don't know all the facts, but hopefully ZL1 is not trending downward. I know how important word of mouth on these forums can be.
