Yep. I am 44, not sure that is old school though? LOL! If I can't find chrome for my '15, I will go with polished aluminum.

I was 33 when I got my new 03 Cobra and had those Saleen's put on within 6 months.

These are #1 on my list for my '15. The ones on the left as they sit.

I love those on the left, I want a set like that myself!

I'm 34, not sure if that's old school either. But if I could find something like these... mmm...

PP wheels should sell pretty easy if you don't like them. I'll be selling mine almost immediately upon the arrival of the car.

I don't know the difference??
A clutch-type limited slip differential has clutch plates -- think like the clutch in a manual transmission -- which start to engage when one wheel is turning faster than the other wheel. Like a clutch in a transmission, it allows some slippage, will eventually wear out over time, and doesn't actually distribute torque so much as just partially lock the wheels.

A helical limited slip differential... well, here:

You are an enigma. From driving manuals with only your right foot to posts like this.

Thanks I'm going to try and buy some before you do.

Have you had Chris do any pshop of it yet on Ingot?

Seriously though I can't remember the last time I've seen chrome shine as good as on your Cobra in that pic outside. :clap2:

Worth every penny. I think the gearing is fine and the wheels are awesome. Takes me about 10 minutes to clean all four, one finger in the rag method.
Tip: Swiffer Duster, off the stick.

Best brake dust eliminator ever.

I've never tested a nuclear bomb, but I know how the physics of them works. Just because I can't drive a manual transmission doesn't mean I don't know how cars work.

Go for it!. It will be a while before I buy some wheels. Likely late spring or early summer. I am still waiting to see if something else comes out. Last thing I want to do is drop about 4k on wheels and tires and find something else I like better. My wife would kill me.

My Cobra was in better shape than it was brand new when I drove it off the lot in those pictures. I used Clearkote products. I used their wheel polish and then put their carnuba on top of it. Gave the ultimate shine:D.

I have not had Chris do any with those wheels. I need to or you can have him do it :)

I think it was money well spent for what you get. If you don't care about speed, stopping, cornering, eighth or quarter mile speed don't bother. I have driven the auto 3.55 and a manual 3.55 because I had doubts after I ordered the 3.73. I thought they might be to low a gear for road trips. Car felt so much faster I was glad I ordered the 3.73. 3.73 are easier on the drivetrain and will be quicker in the 1/8th or 1/4 mile if you get it to hook up at the expense of some gas mileage. Not sure why everyone rags on the PP wheels I love them other than cleaning. Love the staggered look. Only thing I don't like about them is the tires. Why they put a Summer tire on this is a head scratcher. I absolutely think the other wheels look cheap. IMO...

For what you get it's a bargain...
• Strut-tower Brace
• Larger Radiator
• Unique Chassis Tuning
• Upsized Rear Sway Bar
• Heavy-Duty Front Springs
• K-Brace
• Brembo™ 6-Piston Front Brake Calipers with Larger Rotors
• 19” X 9” (F) 19” X9.5” (R)Gloss Black Aluminum Wheel
• Unique Stability Control, EPAS & ABS Tuning
• 3.73 TORSEN® Rear Axle
• Gauge Pack (Oil Pressure and Vacuum)

None. I love the wheels and everything that comes with it. Maybe a negative: it doesn't come with a more aggressive tune.

Damn good to know I have plenty of swiffers! lol Thank you!

I have tried everything... Even waxed them with slick stuff that is supposed to help repel dirt. It helps and isn't as bad but it still sticks.
