Plate comes off very easy. There's a threaded plastic rod that attaches to underside of bumper. See pic in post 370 above. The plate attaches to a bracket and bracket is attached to threaded rod with knurled plastic nut and lock washer. There's also two small rubber bumbers that rest against bumber on back of bracket. Seems to be holding fine so far and didn't have to drill into bumper.

Here are some pics of my 15'. I didn't listen to Craig and used a heavy frame which eventually pulled the bracket down. My bad not his. When I reached out he just sent me a new bracket, no charge. Good guy, & great service.

OK, I feel better now! I had a Craig’s on my 15’ EB when I lived in NJ.

i was going to get a 3/4" bit and drill some nice holes but then thought na....

I'm so glad Nevada doesn't require the front plate displayed as long as the dealership doesn't mount the front bracket. If no drill holes, you are Golden!

Still love the Premium interior of my Cali Special that comes with the 401A package. The suede, the leather and all the extra red contrast stitching. Just sets it off nicely.

Nothing special about them.

As far as the car itself the same can be said about a Mach 1, a Bullitt, a GT350 or even a GT500. Part of what makes a Mustang a Mustang is its history. Add that in and all of the cars are special, each in their own way. Of course, if the history is not important to you then a Mustang is just another car.
