At some point all the dealers will end up doing the same thing. I have 4 dealers near me. The one I bought it from (#1)will no longer return my calls. (#2) sent me packing cause I didn't buy it there. (#3) road with me and verified the vib Then sent me packing, and (#4) I haven't figured out how to approach yet so that I don't get sent packing. Total Horse %%$# on fords part all around.

As soon as you get the BBB involved, Ford has to do something because they inform Ford of the complaint. If you keep putting this off, you might as well stop complaining...

Mine resolved completely after removing rear 25 mm wheel spacers. Correlation doesn't prove causation, but it's gone. Hopefully for good.

That's surprising but good news, Hard to swallow though. and to think they are machined on a CNC. go figure. :clap2:

I just got mine back from the dealer. They ended up replacing the OEM driveshaft with a new one. The car was at the dealership for a little over 8 days. I still feel the vibration a little at different speeds though and I think it might be the differential.

I had this problem with a certain brand and sent them back. I had a buddy check them with his measuring tools and found that they weren't all that precise when they were machined. Even being off in the slightest going at high speeds with cause a wobble. I then purchased a more quality brand which was definitely 4 times the cost but they machined to perfection.

NVH analyzer going on mine today . I suspect they will say "within spec" if thats the case I can live with it. None of my passengers ever notice the rumble, but I do 50-55 and 65-70.

I was trying not to bash any brand but I had initially purchased the Coyote spacers which were like $20-25/spacer and I couldn't get the vibration to stop so I took them off and the vibration stopped.

I then Pony'd up the money for Eibach Pro spacers which ending up costing $340 for all 4 but they were machined properly so there's no vibration.
