i had asked a driveshaft shop, a pretty popular one, and the main guy there said he wouldn't recommend using the hose clamp balance as a resolution.

Its just a weight.... it's been done for years. No difference then welding one on. You already have weights tacked on there as it is.

After 3 different dealerships couldn't resolve my issue, I have spoke to Ford CSR a few times to no resolution, so I submitted an online complaint with the BBB AUTOLINE and mailed FORD my official one last repair attempt request. (all information outlined in your warranty guide)
And well, I Heard from Ford today, they are going to buy back my Mustang due to FSE unable to repair my vehicle. I mailed an official letter, and they received it Today and called Today.
Talk about a response time! I wonder if my involvement of the BBB Autoline had any persuasion? (smirk)

Either way, I should hear from the procurement department within 7-10 days and have a check within 30 days from today. The search begins for the next car...

i wonder what happens to all the buy back vehicles? I would hate to think they go to the crusher when a good driveshaft and tranny would fix the issue

Simple. Ford pays the dealer for a repair. If they put something on and say it didn't fix the issue ford will not pay for part or labor. So the dealer says it fixed it and let's you come back to get it fixed again so they can get paid for the failed fix and hopefully the actual fix.
Dude your wrong on this when factory tells them to replace parts they get paid. No matter if it fixed or not they move on to next step

You are correct but all repairs are not called into the factory. My 14 they test drove it and popped a new driveshaft in it. Never talked to the engineer team until I came back again.

They're supposed to rectify the problem. Lemon law cars usually end up getting wholesale auctioned and branded with a lemon title.

I don't know for sure but I think they just get re-sold. Probably "lemon" title. Back in 2001 my mom had an Oldsmobile Alero with the infamous "trac off" light that would always come on and no dealer or factory rep was able to fix. They bought it back from her. Years later just for kicks I entered the vin number in the MyCarfax website which is kind of like carfax-lite for the general public and it showed that car was alive and well in 2015 in Madison, Wisconsin (we were in Florida in 2001). IIRC mycarfax showed it was serviced at a used car lot up there likely offered for sale as a cheap ride. So it lived a long life - almost 14 years! - after being bought back. I think that GM just auctioned it off. I wish I knew someone with a real carfax that could check up on cars I've owned like this!

So just an update on my situation:

I'm almost afraid to even say this and jinx myself, but as per my drive to work this morning, the car is fixed.

It was actually so quiet and smooth for the first time this morning, I was trying to find a problem with it and questioning any road noise from the tires due to road surface changes.

I have to hand it to Maplecrest Ford who was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in one day. I talked to the service writer and he said they used the vibration analyzer as per the SSM to find the faulty driveshaft.

Maybe now I can finally enjoy my car to the fullest and carry on spending money I don't have on parts I don't need to impress people I don't know on the internet.

Cool, since it is a mechanical problem, it is fixable with the right skills.

My car is 90%. Livable... I'm installing the Steeda IRS subfame braces this weekend to see if they help any by keeping the IRS from moving around. If you see some of the videos of the IRS under load, it moves a lot! A couple of people on here have said that it does help and the tighter handling will be a nice benefit, too. Also supposed to almost eliminate wheel hop. Steeda said that if they don't do anything for the vibration I can just send them back. Good company...

16 GT PP here.

Mines been in the shop 5 times for this issue. Alignment, balancing, checking torque on bolts, DS replaced and they currently are looking it over and have no resolution yet. At what point do I lemon it? Speakers replaced, light switch replaced, buzzing and rattling all around and I've only had it about 90 days. I'm just tired of dealing with it and just want it gone at this point. Should I call Ford first to see if they'll take it back or just go through the lemon law process?
Update: They are now going to replace the Differential which will take a month to get. I've given up, I have decided to go the BBB route today.

It's such a shame, I really wanted to love this car and had some great ideas on building it up. Hopefully they have the kinks worked out in a few years for the Mach 1 or GT500 if the price isn't sky high lol Maybe I should have given the Scat Pack a shot before buying this car...
