This is a screen shot of a video. Hopefully is clear.
I have borla ATAK 3. So i had to use the front Swaybar bolt instead of the rear.
I also attached the little adaptation i did to let the diffuser fit on my 2018. (Everything is moved half inc more backward)
Other than that.
You will play with the spacers to level the fins of the diffuser. It was a simple installation with so e time consuming stuff.

I would say discrete.
On the other hand. Some buddy racers with a dual purpose 18 found better mileage with diffuser. Up to 3mpg. The OEM bump is like a parachute. And at higher speed (70 and more) will create drag.

Just ordered one, 599 shipped current price. Not sure if this will help my ETs, but I figured if people are seeing 2-3 might better that drag reduction might be significant enough to benefit me on the big end. Also, I know of others who picked up by cutting off the plastic in the back to remove the parachute. I am still running full exhaust and figured this would be a better compromise.
