I just got my car out of storage, and usually I run my e85 as low as possible and fill with 91 before storage. Last fall I had a hit and run and my procedure was not carried out as usual. We finished fixing the car and I just got it out. I am very low on fuel. I hooked up the X4 and I cant tell...
I have some front flares on the way for my PP2 and plan on 3d printing the brackets I need.
Have you made any progress on the rears? I'd like to do the rears if it make sense.
I think I figured it out. I'm an idiot. I forgot that after I got hit I took the PP2 splitter and font pan off the car and drove it a few days that way. I'd bet the liners got pushed into the wheels. I ordered new liners today. I still want to put some mach 1 flares on it as well.
Not that I know of. I bought the car new… that’s why it really surprised me. I installed the splitter and don’t remember seeing any issues at the time. I’ve had it on a lift a few times as well. I guess I’ll get it figured out when it’s back together.
Has anyone had issues with their front fender liners? I have stock sized 4S's up front and I burned through on each side.... a LOT. I had a hit and run in a parking lot and discovered this while addressing the front end damage.
100%
Its better to have linear power that hooks up... and its also easier on the drivetrain. If you care about handling and taking corners, well modulated linear is good.
Unless you are running DR's, a E85/LTH setup is getting pretty stout for what you can hook up down low. I dont think you...
