I like this! Were there any issues with breaking tabs on the number during removal and installation? How thick is the tow hook? Do you feel it would hold up to repeated use without bending?
This was my first time removing the rear bumper (I’ve removed the front 10+ times) so I did my research, watched some YouTube videos, and read about the possibility of breaking tabs… so, I took it nice, easy, and slow and was able to remove it without breaking anything. Re-installation is equally important to make sure all those tabs are properly lined up before pressing in.

Vorshlag doesn’t publish the thickness of the plate steel they use, so I measured it myself and found it to be .1855” or 4.6mm. I’m not sure what that equates to in plate steel gauge size, and I’m not sure how much additional thickness the powder coating adds 🤷‍♂️

These things do feel very sturdy and (although I hope to never actually have to use them) I feel they should hold up to repeated use. Vorshlag states that they used the front hook repeatedly for loading their 2018 test mule into their trailer.

I had the FP on for GTs but it kept looking like my car was sticking its tongue out at me so I switch to GT350 front hook with Vorshlag rear

ZL1 here. Center mount, GT4 style. My advice, make sure it is solidly mounted, or things will end up bent. And they aren't gentle when pulling your car out of the field.
