I believe that is for Export Models. This Oxford White Export Model Mustang with the Bigger Mirrors and Clear/White Tail Lights shows a Round "Plug" in the Bumper Face in that location, but I haven't seen any other 2015 Mustangs with that "Plug"

I certainly hope they will do a somewhat better job at hiding that. That plug is really sticking out. Gosh, they seem to really mess up the export variants, don't they?

It has GT grill, but not the GT vented hood. Like the mirrors, would hate not to have red sequential FSH (personal interpretation bing bing bing father, son, holy sprit) tail lights.

Great find thank you,

Export Mustang GT's don't get the Hood Extractors. I believe it has something to do with European Pedestrian Impact Standards.

those tow-hooks are a must in europe
when the camaro 5 euro Version was developed, they had the same Problem
those Hood extractors are not neccessarily a Problem in europe
the camaro c5 mark 2 (i.e. since 2014 model) has one, the Corvette c7 as well as the Jaguar f-type (all official euro-models)
Looks like only Ford is not able to get that Job done:frusty:

This has been available for current Mustang model years from CoolTech LLC for a couple of years. They produced and marketed it for the Boss 302. They are machined steel and powdercoated in your choice of red or blue. I've had the front/rear combo set of a while now, but haven't taken time for the install.....hopefully this winter when the Mustang is in hibernation for the winter months.

Link to CoolTech LLC tow hooks:

They are available as a front/rear combo or just the front hook can be bought separately I think.

Where is the tow point on us models?

I like the front bumper plug location, I had a tow hook mount license plate holder on my BMW. The offset to the side location really cleaned up the look of the "face" of the car.
I had this one: http://www.rhoplate.com/

I would not choose it again due to the single bolt attachment point allowed for rotation on the tow hook shaft, and you really had to crank down on that allen bolt to keep it from shifting. I tightened it enough to tear the aluminum.

This looks promising:
