sup yall

im about to pull the trigger on an AWE touring catback. i was wondering if any of yall with blowers also run this exhaust, as im curious to see how theyre holding up. im thinking of going with an ESS kit down the line, but i read one post saying someone blew some welds on their catback due to the pressure. if anyone with a blower has an AWE touring thats still running strong please let me know. Thanks so much :)

Not quite related, but...I had the AWE Touring on my modified STI. Held up strong through track days and winters. Converted it to the Track Edition for the last 6 months I had the car.

I have the AWE Track Edition for my blower Mustang sitting in my garage right now ready to install. I've never heard anybody having an issue with AWE, and I've seen a few peeps running big power setups through AWE. They make good exhausts šŸ¤™

AWE (and Borla and Corsa anmong others) are all top shelf companies. You shouldn’t have any issues with the AWE Touring. It’s the $500 eBay special catbacks that I’d be more concerned about.

Can't say much about the boosted aspects. I installed the touring catback on my buddy's '15 and it sounds amazing. That was back in 2016 and he still loves it. For whatever that's worth to you.

I’m don’t have a blower on my car but I have catted long tubes headers with the touring cat back. Always get compliments on the exhaust on the street and at the track which means a lot given the cars that are at the track

AWE Touring was the best exhaust I've ever owned/installed. Quality and sound was better than previous Borla/Corsa nutswinger crap. (I run Borla Touring now for the tame down)

Unfortunately, when I removed the cats, it became RIDICULOUSLY loud, even at light engine loads.

I second @beefcake if you are looking for a place to buy from. I buy all my high dollar items such as my headers (Stainless Power) and clutch (Exedy Hyper Single) from Terry. Never an issue and always responsive.
