Hey guys, so I've been following both this and the OBX thread. Really wanting to get a set of headers myself soon. So do the TSPs come with proper O2 extenders now? Or is it something that can be picked up easily? I don't really want to be cutting and splicing my sensors, since I plan on doing the install myself in my garage.

Thanks,

-Ryan

I've been running the Texas Speed headers for about 3 months now maybe a little more and I have gone through some tanks of flex fuel no issues and I've been running more 91 lately just because it lasts longer I'll be going back to the flex fuel soon to get the extra horsepower definitely feel a difference not sure if o2s would go bad from running flex fuel over and over or if switching back and forth between 91 and flex fuel help them last longer. I've heard of people saying o2s need to be in different location to not fail but I have also yet to see someone have failed o2s because of placement. When I looked at a pic of kooks headers the o2 isn't even that much higher. So idk if it will even be an issue.
Been wanting to hear your car in person for a while now with the TSP headers! :headbang:

They fit well, I have one installed on the car. The rest of the o2's fit without extensions. Not sure if the lengths are different on manual cars, but the auto only needs a 6-7 inch extension on the driver side.

The Texas speed come with everything you need to bolt up, new bolts, gaskets, clamps, and extensions. Midpipe and if you get the catless they give you gutted high flow cats to put in place. ;) the smell is just to much though. I'm going to run cats soon. I must say it smells pretty delicious when on flex fuel. Fitment looks perfect. Clearance is great I don't hit anywhere lowered on steeda sport linears. Also have extreme gtrack brace no issues. Only issue I'm having right now Witch could be error on my part is the catback dosnt fit perfectly. Maybe because I installed alone on floor but I can't get the axle pipe to fit perfectly away from sway bar and keep tail pipe off of bumper. I've got it close but still not perfect. Sounds amazing at WOT, and somewhat quiet when I want it to.

So you are only running a single cat on the driver side?? LOL

Wouldn't let me quote the first pic. :(

Sorry using voice text at work.

Im running Texas speed catless setup but they sent me hollowed out cats. So still Catless just appears to have.

Mine are the same except the OBX versions are actual fiberglass packed perforated tube mini bullet resonators.

16s550 I am about to buy the TSP catless header setup. I have a Solo Performance Mach Thunder catback.

My lack of knowledge on these header systems and different catbacks from an install standpoint make me nervous.

What catback setup are you running? I see you commented earlier that you weren't happy with the fitment or you didn't install it correctly. What all was needed to mate the TSP header setup to your catback? mine is a 3" catback.
