stay posted. after work i'll upload a cold start/rev video that I took yesterday.

This morning I felt a lil better about the sound. I might even stick it out a while before throwing the suitcase back on.

glad you like them. I have them on my car. Only complaint was the kit was short on 2 v band clamps & the shop had to use 3 inch exhaust clamps. Got 'em for $613.00 shipped (military discount)
How did you get them below the regular price? Isn't it only 50% off the shipping only

Did anyone replace their studs with bolts? Anyone know the size of bolts needed?

I bought them back in June when they first came out & were $599.00. Looks like they raised their price to $699.00.

I ordered bolts from BBK. Kit # 1848/0 for $14.99. 951-296-1771 was the # to order. Kit came with bolts but didn't look up to snuff for me, the gaskets fell apart also. But headers are awesome (don't like the texas in the middle of the flange but oh well. )

Agreed on the gaskets. They didnt give me a super fuzzy feeling so i didnt have the shop use them.

here are some pics of the TSP headers before install. Need to take some post install & video. I see that they raised their price to $699.00 ($100 more than I paid) but they are a good quality product still.

If you want the rasp minimized while keeping the stock mufflers put either the stock resonator back on or put two long bottle resonators on after the h pipe.
I am contemplating doing this. either dynomax mini race bullets, jegs flowpack, or moroso spiral flow mufflers added to the h pipe section. just not sure if there is room underneath for them to fit. any suggestions?

sounds good! I decided to go back to the stock resonator and keep the stock mufflers. As of now I like how it sounds. Quiet as stock nearly until you tip into the gas. Easy for me to put around the neighborhood before work and not wake up the neighbors and then fun when I want it to be.

I threw in some e85 a week ago but it wasn't a full tank, there was still 91 in it. Today I filled up with what should be straight e85 (winter blend of course) so I'm going to do a few datalogs and see where I'm at since adding the gt350 manifold and lu47's w/ the headers.

I wish that I had kept the mufflers stock with the LT's & resonator delete. Oh well. You have a well hidden 'sleeper'

I tried the resonator delete w/ stock mufflers. Definitely wasn't for me. Sounded like a bunch of BB's rattling around in my exhaust at certain rpm ranges. It did sound mean at idle/cruise though. Deep as hell.
