Strut Tower Brace missing from your engine bay?

Have you pulled up the plastic cover? Are you sure don't already have it?

No not sure. I thought it was specifically for the strut tower brace and cowl so since I don't have those I didn't check.

As much as I like the look of the GT PP OEM, I think the black FRPP one makes a lot more sense since you get the two brackets and it is only $239 (or whatever you can get it for).

I talked to the parts guy while getting my oil changed today, the part number he wrote down for me was FR3Z-63016A52-A. He couldn't get a price, didn't sound like he could order it yet, said they were all in Detroit or something.

As much as I like the look of the GT PP OEM, I think the black FRPP one makes a lot more sense since you get the two brackets and it is only $239 (or whatever you can get it for).

Looks like FRPP doesn't think the third piece is necessary.

I ordered mine online for 154.29 I love the black Ford Racing strut tower brace and the price is great gonna look good on my black GT . All I had to do was Google the part number and I found much better prices .

Which one did you order? The stock silver one or the Ford Racing black version? The Ford Racing version hasn't been released yet. You may have pre-ordered it. Only date I can see for release on the black FR version is May 1st. Let us know if you do actually get delivered the black FR version and where we can get it from.

You can just feel under the cowl to see if you have it.

See how that place piece has tabs that stick through your cowl? If you have it, you'll be able to feel those tabs. If not, you'll feel the slots without the tabs sticking through.

Unless you are road racing, it probably isn't.

I added mine mostly for looks, but it definitely tightened up the front end. Along with installing the lower K-Brace (see here), it is more than enough for my needs.

I ordered the Ford Racing black one it's got an ETA of April 1st is what they told me . I got it from FordRacingPartsbyDonWood.com It's black with the Ford Racing in silver or something like that

Has anyone looked closely at the FRPP M-20201-M installation instructions? It assumes you have an original brace and cowl extension and wants you to reuse 4 cowl extension fasteners. So if you don't have the original one, you may need to add these 4 fasteners to your wish list. Edit: Or are these there with the flimsy plastic piece?

I guess we won't know for sure until FRPP gets their heads out of their asses, publishes a 2015 catalog and actually ships one of these.

The PDF says it CONTAINS the following parts. If it says contains they will be in there. They also use the word "kit". Traditionally that means more than one part. I'm 99.999% sure it will come with the extra brace.
