Same here. We have had 50 days of 90+ degree temps so far this summer and we still have a long ass time to go before those 90+ degree days are done.I guess I'm just one of the minority who really doesn't care about IATs at idle....my car isn't under load at idle and the temps drop just fine once the car starts moving again.
With my Steeda CAI, I have not seen above 142 sitting in traffic, in this blazing ass heat. Within 1 mile of driving, my temps are back down to 115-120 and then a few minutes after that it will be down to about 10 over ambient. I am running E85, 100% of the time and I don't notice hardly any drop in power at high IATs while in traffic.
