Hey yall. Has anyone had any issues with the Steeda adjustable swaybar links?

man. The driver side front link jam nut keeps undoing itself. I started hearing a bunch of clunking and just like what the hell. I reach my hand in the wheel well and can untighten it with my finger.

Somewhat normal. I have gotten to the point that I re-torque them anytime I have the wheels off. It only takes a few min. to do

Adjustable=able to loosen. Sometimes, what we think is the solution actually turns out to be the problem.

Any recommendations in which to buy? I’m over these things undoing themselves every 2 months even if hulk tightens them down.
I didn’t use the stock ones when I bought the Steeda pro action struts/shocks bc they told me that they would bend the stock links.
This has become more of a headache than anything.

Who is "they"?

Steeda has a pretty large presence on the forums, have you reached out to them?

The new orange loctite is supposed to have the holding power of red bur release like blue.

Seen the same. Was frustrated when I didn't know what the noise was, but now I know I just tighten them now and then.

They* are the ones at Steeda who sold me the stuff over email.
They said more than 50% of the cars that they have installed pro action struts on, have bent their stock endlinks.
I came from clovers with much shorter links so I needed new ones anyways.

Plenty stories on here of stock cars bending the stock links … :frown:

WD :like:
Hmm, thanks... obviously I haven't followed that. I wonder what's "stock" on my '18 PP Ecoboost, since I have the Pro-Actions.

once you use blue loctite it becomes a kind of polymer which should help to keep jam nuts in place if brute force isn't helping.
