I recently took it to Steeda, they checked the end links along with the toe links for proper torque adjustments. But I’ll check the sway bar (Steeda) torque spec.
I took a recording earlier today with the active exhaust on quiet mode. Please take a listen.

That sounds exactly like the end link stud clunking in the eye of the sway bar. I believe what happened on mine was, it was one of those "work on the car til 3am" situations to install numerous boxes of new parts, and I just missed torquing the end link nut. Test drove it the next day and heard the clunk backing it into the garage.

I am very surprised and shocked that Steeda didn’t catch that a couple of weeks ago when I complained about the noise after they installed the toe links. To them , it was the toe links that didn’t have adequate torque so they adjusted it. And again, the noise only started after the toe links installation. I will check on your suggestion above and give you some feedback. Thank you

Well, it took a couple of times on stands for me to find it as well. I couldn't articulate anything under the car enough to reproduce the noise. The nut on the end link stud was tight enough that it wasn't visually noticeably loose and one would think by the way the clunk sounds that one could shake stuff hard enough to reproduce the noise. But, with weight hanging on the suspension components, one can't move anything enough to force the sway bar to articulate the same. I had to grab a handful of tools and touch every fastener and when I got to the end links, that one nut was easily loose enough to allow the stud to clack around in the sway bar eye. Torqued it down, off the stands it came, pulled out of the garage enough to back it over the square edge and I've never heard it again.

Thank @K4fxd. He mentioned the sway bar and I didn't even remember my issue until he brought it up.

I just torqued the sway bar end links on mine when I installed a Steeda drag race rear sway bar recently. The torque is surprisingly high for the nut. I want to say it’s around 59 ft-lbs.

Everything in the above paragraph should help me locate and fix this annoying noise. what I really like about the Mustang is that there is always something to chase after to fix from the time you install your first mod. That’s where this forum comes handy with so many knowledgeable Mustang experts that will do whatever it takes to diagnose the issue and get you to the right path of success. I love you ❤ guys.
