Unless there's a specific EB Ultralight part number, expect the front to not drop as far as a GT, and the rear to drop about the same.

Norm
There is an Ecoboost specific set of Ultralite springs as opposed to a set for both the GT and V6.

That lower rear than the front concerns me as I bought a set of Ultra Lights for my Ecoboost. I'm hoping results will be different as GT's are heavier than Ecoboosts (obviously).
Here is a better side view, the terrain isn't level but you get an idea of the drop of the minimal springs by Steeda.

To belabor the point, has anyone taken measurements proving that Steeda Ultralights leave the car with a lower rear end? I'm considering the 1/8" spacer as my next purchase if that's the case. I won't spend the money if it's just an optical illusion. Otherwise I should just spend more on the Ford Performance Track Pack setup. My other considerations are handling on curves and weight savings.

Seems to me if you're lowering your car for appearance reasons, optical illusion effects are an inseparable part of that. IOW, if you're going for a look and it doesn't end up looking quite like you expected it to look, why wouldn't you fix it so it did?

I have a 2020 PP1 with magneride and will be adding a Whipple Stage 2 soon.

Would I be better off with BMR (sph765r) or Steeda (5558242) springs?

define "better". you're adding another what, 150lbs to the nose? The Steeda's drop the corners by 1" whereas the BMR actually publishes their spring rates 250/980 and drops less. Personally I'd choose the BMR and make a 8-12mm thick adapter to add more preload and negate the weight of the blower.

That's a great point since the weight of the blower alone will cause extra compression on the springs up font. If I were considering Steeda springs I would go with the magnaride ultimate handling springs personally, not a spring that drops an inch.

By "better" I meant for overall experience. I don't really daily it but do drive it through the canyons and drag strip. I do want something that is noticeably lower than stock, but don't want too harsh of a ride. I was looking at the Steeda progressive springs since their spring rates are close to PP1. I didn't account for the additional weight of the blower.

you have Mag-ride. You can't use the 'normal' springs. PP1 rates are insufficient for a stock car, let alone one with performance pretensions. Harshness is a function of damping, not of the spring - well not unless the spring rate is wildly inappropriate.

I'm between BMR (sph765r) and Steeda (5558242) springs which are both for mag rides.

I just saw this thread and it is very interesting and informative.
Does anybody know what Roush uses for spring rates for an S550 17 RS3, single adjustment coil overs. ?
I have looked all over and have never found any info on what they use.
Would like to know, just for the knowledge.
Thanks.
