hey man by 'mirror forward' you mean including the full hood and headlights and full fender right?

so the hood piece is laser cut too? i was told no laser can cut sheets more than 60'', and the hood is longer or wider than 60''.
Most kits only include half of the hood. They will have to custom create the piece for the entire hood. If you have stripes, they will look different on pieces covered/uncovered by the clear wrap.

JN66 my car took an entire day, and they kept it overnight to see if any bubbles or lifting occurred once it cured and liquid evaporates. That way they can add any finishing touches before you take the car.

Suntek has the GT350 hood and the complete car available for plotting and yes if you can afford it get mirrors forward.

I can't find anyone here in Victoria, BC that works with Suntek or XPEL. I think I am going to have to head in to Vancouver for this.

Typically how long does someone need your car to wrap it up?
Find some one that does Suntek or XPEL and you will be good.

After having mine done I would see it difficult getting a shop to install and warranty the materials you didn't buy from them. It might save you a couple 100, but that might bite you in the long run. I would recommend just pony up and get it done. Unless of course you are installing it yourself or have a buddy that can, then derand is going to be the way to go.

Now that I have mine I enjoy driving the car way more.

Did you get Carbon PPF or just vinyl wrap?

I asked before but I missed if it was answered. Can you vinyl wrap OVER ppf? At least on the very front? I want to wrap my car but I understand that wrap doesn't offer much protection (probably similar to the stripes that rocks seem to have no problem cutting through). I thought PPF on front edges and then wrap the whole car.

Thanks!

PS - do you sell 3m 1080 wrap?
I'm getting the cold shoulder :)

Why would you wrap on top of PPF you should do it on top of vinyl but yes you could do it on top I can't see why not but most vinyl will break down in the sun over time.
Because the vinyl is satin and even with the matte ppf, it wouldn't match.
