I'm looking to delete the resonator. What x pipe is recommended and why? 22 GT PREMIUM A10 Active exhaust. I'm not trying to make it louder, or quieter. Will this affect the warranty? Definitely don't want to use clamps.

It will make it considerably louder, and only the warranty on your exhaust will be affected.

What are the benefits of deleting it?

Steeda resonator deletes are really good. 304 Stainless at a pretty fair price. They do come with clamps but my shop welded mine on. I went with their h pipe, increased volume one notch on the active, except quiet is still pretty quiet.

My dad has an X pipe on his and it sounds really good. The X pipe lets the rasp of the coyote come through a little more than an h pipe does. Can’t go wrong with either IMO.

The only downside to welding the X or H pipe in place is, when it comes time to pull the exhaust for any reason, you won’t have the flexibility of removing only a portion of it and therefore, it will be more cumbersome. The factory clamps are high quality, but the clamps that came with my Steeda X were nowhere near as good. I never even used my supplied clamps. Instead, I ordered new ones on Amazon that were equivalent to the factory clamps for the rear section. Green arrows in pic reference the factory clamps and the red arrows reference the aftermarket clamps that I used in lieu of the supplied Steeda clamps.

Good find on your end!

It should be included in the kit. If quality is one of their main priorities, then these higher quality clamps should be included. It's a great selling point as well.

OP the Steeda resonator deletes are on sale right now as FYI.

The heavy duty clamps are a ~$75 add on

Why do you want to delete it if you don't want to make it louder or quieter?
Why don't you want to use clamps? Welding is fine, but the clamps work too and give you flexibility to go back to stock, or at least the way the steeda fits.
Just curious.

With the active exhaust, track mode is loud enough, never had a good experience with exhaust clamps. Want to keep it classy, obnoxiously loud is definitely not. Plus loud does not equal fast.

I went with Steeda X for my active exhaust. For me, I would describe it as it provided more substance. Not necessarily louder. Just.... more... in a good way.
