Well I've gotten two complements on how my car sounds with the H-pipe and factory axlebacks this week. I'm really happy with the subtle but aggresive sound so far.

I will eventually want louder, but as far as tone goes, I am very glad I got the MRT H-pipe. Zero rasp or drone with it.

Freakin love my rtr street spec. Nice rumble but no drone, not too loud
I'd been considering this system too -- it looks like a good choice. After I discovered that 1) SLP and Roush are essentially the same cosmetically, build-quality-wise and I *think* more than only financially affiliated and 2) you can get the SLP shipped from their site for 374.99 -- it became a lot easier to go with them. Sometimes I'm not so sure about the totally round profile of the Roush/SLP cans -- but they do look cool from behind, and the sound is great. As far as the RTR's go -- they're Magnaflow, so the quality is also going to be absolutely top-notch.

Damn! How is SLP undercutting their vendors like that and not getting backlash, I have no idea... But I just orded the LM-2 system from SLP directly. Thanks!

I think they may experience some backlash -- they could raise the price to consumers, or lower their price to their vendors -- I've no idea the actual cost to produce the product, so I can't determine which. Either way, I just decided to get them while the getting is good! I've not been disappointed! I'd also been wanting something with a 4.5" tip, but I'm over that -- these tips look great -- almost OE, which is also good for not drawing the wrong type of attention. With all the mods I've done so far, I feel like I'm getting close to how the car should have been from the factory.

The good thing about the tips are... You can always swap them with something else later.

Yes the RTR mufflers are even stamped with "MAGNAFLOW". Quality and fit is excellent as expected from Magnaflow.

Yeah, it is still with stock resonator. The delete changes the sound quite a lot on most of these.
