Just installed my roush axle backs with lethal h pipe last night and it is LOUD. Louder than I thought it would be. You can definitely hear it when cruising at highway speeds. I still need to hear it outside the car but there are only a few people I trust to drive it around.

Yeah, I think the consensus is that you'll hear the H-pipe + Roush while cruising but not either/or.

Just the H sounds bad to me.

Has anyone thought about a "mild to wild" setup?

I'm looking to just remove my resonator and install either an X-pipe or H-pipe and keep the rest of the exhaust system stock. Does one sound any different than the other? If so, which one sounds better? Want is a hair louder, and like it quiet on highway cruises.

Who makes a good quality stainless steel X-pipe or H-pipe with nice clamps for the resonator delete?

I'd like to hear this. I have just S type axlebacks on my 14 with res still in place. Considering your setup for the 15.

SK GT,

Where abouts in Texas are you? I'm in the San Antonio area. If you are anywhere close, maybe we can hook up so you can hear the Roush set-up. I have the Roush ab with x-pipe. That will sound pretty close to the h-pipe volume wise with just a smidge more rasp.

What part of San Antonio? I would love to hear the combo in person. I currently have the roush AB installed. I live north of 1604.

Thanks for the vids! I'm thinking about doing the Roush Quad exhaust with an active setup and x-pipe. I was wondering how loud the Roush Quad exhaust and x-pipe would sound in touring mode. Do you have any comparisons or videos?
