That reads like a …. half … build. The issue’s are/were basically from front to back. Usually cars may have one or two areas of consistent issue but that’s every where.

So the wiring gremlin was more major that first thought which more than likely triggered the buyback. After reading that Oasis report, this car was made on a Friday cause there isnt any other reason why this car is so screwed up (pun intended partially), but the way that Oasis reads I would have expected to see this on a Test car than a build. Seriously this car should just be a floor show model and never be sold.

This is one model that doesn't live up to the motto "Built Ford tough"

Not to worry, I'm sure in a month or two the uninformed person that buys it will stroll onto the forums and post "just bought new to me gt500, help me figure out these issues"

Unfortunately this is not the case. Back during Covid people were pulling all kinds of stuff to get out of their vehicles. The 350's and 500's had there fair share of bs buybacks. This car does look to be a legit example for buyback.

Mid 60’s with an extended warranty. It’ll sell, just a matter of time. Salvage 500’s bring mid 40’s pretty much trashed. Most don’t even make it to auction, the shop’s pick them up most of the time direct from the customer after being declared totalled after a basic tear down and inspection. Great way to buy a car if you have a shop.
