I got one outta the pack and just started looking at it.
Asked my wife; "what if I sliced it down the middle and
fried it. Wonder how it would taste"?

She said; " if it's fried, it would have to be good!"

you're supposed to dredge the split dog in (butter)milk, italian bread crumbs, egg and then coarsely crushed corn flakes, then fry it.

Or that seems to be how the carney's do it on the Food Network shows.
