I swore off Fords in '95 after owning a '92 Mustang LX 5.0, '94 Probe GT, and a '94 Bronco 4x4. My '88 Thunderbird 5.0 was a great car. I'm giving them a final chance to get back in my good graces. Currently own Acuras/Hondas aside from the S550.

I bought my '15 from Dale as well and had a great experience (used X-Plan + additional rebates). I'm new to the area and don't normally buy Fords so had no prior experience with Damerow. Based on this thread though I might have to head to Landmark if I'm ever in the market for another Ford.

Thanks for the replies guys. I talked with a service advisor today and he said it's supposed to be that way. Not sure I completely believe him but he did seem to know what he was talking about.
