I’ve never heard of a lemon law in any state for a used vehicle. I’d turn off the AC, drive it to Carmax and let them have it. I suppose if the OP owes more on it than he can get, that’s another problem.
Thats a dirty dog way to make it another guy's problem. It wont be carmax's or carvana's problem for long. It will idle around until its sold again.

He can post the VIN number in here and where he dropped it off at to warn of others. Plus anyone buying a high performance car at Carmax.....should be a bit weary and do their homework. I looked at a few 911's at Carmax, and knew what to look for with regards to problems.....and passed on them when the problem was found.

Pretty sure it happens all across the country. Don’t be so pious.

Happens or not isn’t the point. It’s ethically pretty bad. Not much worse then knowingly and intentionally screwing some one, no different to a business. The cars under warranty, OP should have it fixed then move on with a clean conscience if he so desires.

Sucks, but I'd probably fix it and move on if you've really lost faith. Otherwise, extend that warranty and get every penny's worth out of the car during the next few years.

Not laughing @ you by any means, but I have to laugh when I hear advice on FB and stuff that advises ppl that they "must" buy a '19 or '20 because the '16-'18 engines were "bad." The fundamentals of this motor have not changed. They are amazing and sometimes they go boom.

Always thought of a car like a woman. If you're madly in love you overlook all the faults. If you're not madly in love all the little faults drive you crazy. Sounds like the dream girl you always thought would make you happy ain't what you expected. Ok to be honest, part ways, and find true love.

Great analogy. What if I am madly in love but the faults still drive me crazy? Is that marriage? :-)

I have piston slap while cold, both front rotors tick when turning (Depends how much I torque them), groan from rear end/backseat over bumps, rattle on passenger door when cold, rattle from shifter in 2nd when cold, rear bumper sag, and now a new front suspension clunk after camber plate install.

I'm slowly tackling most of these issues but still love the car. Windows down, open exhaust experience makes up for all the little niggles. RACECAR!!!!
