And in stop and go traffic it will tun no hotter than 210.
That's cause your not into boost in stop & go traffic. So'd I'd expect normal running temps. Anyways, get a larger capacity A2A intercooler, that should solve your problems.

The car is never in boost unless I'm at full throttle. It was still overheating in summer.

mate you sure the fans are getting the correct output (speed) signal to keep the temperatures normals? Maybe the issue is not your cooling system but the fans. Here in south Florida when we are 99 degrees with 80 percent humidity I can hear the fans kicking at different speeds.

well which is it ? You seem to say it overheats all the time to only with boost. If it's only with boost then you need a upgraded A2A.

I never said it only overheats in boost.

During summer (over 100 degrees) the car will overheat no matter what. Out of boost just cruising it was getting over 250

Now that the weather has cooled off I can do multiple WOT pulls and the car only gets to 230ish and will come down immediately once I get off the throttle. And cruising it stays around 190-200

It seems boost has nothing to do with it. Especially considering I pulled the procharger off at one point and still had the same issue

Any idea what the voltage should be for the high speed setting? I will check

The fans should not turn when driving over 45 MPH. It should get plenty of airflow just from the car moving.
Eariler I wondered if the intercooler was blocking the radiator enough to cause this problem. Did you remove the intercooler?

Well alrighty then. 250 what ? CHT ? ECT ?

Could be (in no particular order):

coolant mix
thermostat
water pump
hoses
belt slip
belt tensioners
head gasket
radiator
fans
fan shroud
fan spacing
aftermarket grill

I know you changed some of what I listed.. but redundancy. All are easy to check, it's gonna be one of those.

Great if that's the case. Take the procharger off and check temps again. Process of elimination.
EDIT: forgot to add late timing causes high CHT as well.
another edit. I see he has a aftermarket temp gauge. How's that compare to what the LOGS say ?
