Maybe try getting a stock water pump at this point it’s anyone’s guess. It just seams like airflow but we know that is not the case so maybe water pumpCurrently this one is in the car.

That's cause your not into boost in stop & go traffic. So'd I'd expect normal running temps. Anyways, get a larger capacity A2A intercooler, that should solve your problems. And in stop and go traffic it will tun no hotter than 210.
The car is never in boost unless I'm at full throttle. It was still overheating in summer. That's cause your not into boost in stop & go traffic. So'd I'd expect normal running temps. Anyways, get a larger capacity A2A intercooler, that should solve your problems.
mate you sure the fans are getting the correct output (speed) signal to keep the temperatures normals? Maybe the issue is not your cooling system but the fans. Here in south Florida when we are 99 degrees with 80 percent humidity I can hear the fans kicking at different speeds. The car is never in boost unless I'm at full throttle. well which is it ? You seem to say it overheats all the time to only with boost. If it's only with boost then you need a upgraded A2A.The car is never in boost unless I'm at full throttle. It was still overheating in summer.

Any idea what the voltage should be for the high speed setting? I will checkmate you sure the fans are getting the correct output (speed) signal to keep the temperatures normals? someone needs to check the tune you are currently running to see how they have the fans set up.Any idea what the voltage should be for the high speed setting? I will check
That is next on my list. Gota find someone to look it over.someone needs to check the tune you are currently running to see how they have the fans set up.
Well alrighty then. 250 what ? CHT ? ECT ?During summer (over 100 degrees) the car will overheat no matter what. Out of boost just cruising it was getting over 250
From what he says all of those have been checked and moreWell alrighty then. 250 what ? CHT ? ECT ?
Could be (in no particular order):
coolant mix
thermostat
water pump
hoses
belt slip
belt tensioners
head gasket
radiator
fans
fan shroud
fan spacing
aftermarket grill
I know you changed some of what I listed.. but redundancy. All are easy to check, it's gonna be one of those.
Great if that's the case. Take the procharger off and check temps again. Process of elimination. From what he says all of those have been checked and more
