Hey, I am dropping down 1 pulley size from the stock whipple pulley on my 2015 A6. A shop did the install so I am wondering how difficult the pulley change is? I am doing more mods myself (such as larger whipple intercooler and shocks/struts) the longer I have the car and would like to do it myself.

Any tips from those of you that have done the pulley change to make it as easy as possible? Anyone have a video by chance? Will I need a different size belt after the pulley change? thanks for any help you can give!

Same belt, just make the adjustment to the manual adjustable pulley. Remove old belt, 4 screws out for the pulley. Same process the reverse order. All done!

I do the pulley changes in about 3mins by myself. Crack the four pulley bolts loose, pull the tensioner up for alittle slack, take the bolts off, swap pulley, snug the bolts, let the tensioner loose, torque bolts. Depending on what sizes you go to, most likely will not need to touch the manual tensioner on the bottom.
