Ford won't sell you a new 3.73 separately. They did in the past but stopped to force people to buy the package. It is the only used part I am using on my build and it is because Ford wants to milk as much profit as possible out the Mustangs and nothing is better then expensive option packages. Annoys the heck out of me.
I found them on the Ford Performance website:

https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-4209-88373A

Found the Torsen diff on there also. Have never looked, but guessing there are aftermarket alternatives to 3:73 gears also.

pity someone like Calimer or FullTiltBoogie doesn't branch out into buying the diff shells and then the gears, shims, and torsen and build it up. Then the "give me 4.09 or give me death" crowd would have a ready-made drop-in part.

hmm FR3Z-4026-E seems to fit the bill? (for A10 at least)

Jacking the price up a couple thousand and literally offering nothing more is thievery and slimy.

Again, unless your paying retail (most don’t) the performance pack cost you less than the sticker price. I bought my 18 pp1 at over 15% off sticker. So my 4k pp package was 3200-3300 ready to go. Well worth that to me in the end. Not everyone wants to swap differentials, sway bars, brakes, radiator, wheels & tires, dash gauges, shocks/struts (plus alignments) etc in their garages to save money. Add all that shit up with labor... Lol.

It actually increased mid year 2020. I have an early 20 and the package was 3995. One of the reasons I scooped it up.
I noticed this also was looking at a Green GT PP1 and it was $3995 and a Magnetic that was $5195 the dealership didn't want to deal on the green so I got the Magnetic which cost more but sold for less.

According to my window sticker, the PP1 package was $4200 (cdn) on my 2019.

That is just the ring and pinion set for a 3.73 ratio but you are right, they now have the Torsen available again. Part number M-4204-MT. That is good to see. I really don't want to pull the pumpkin back out of my kit but it is the only used part. Ugh. I'm doing it on jack stands and it took my wife and I all we had to get that big boy up into the chassis. You have to lift it up and at an angle and then rotate it forward and then drop it down just right. It was a PITA and my wife and I literally dropped the pumpkin on my head once and my thick skull came in handy for once. I'm probably really lucky not to be hurt badly. Glad to see they are willing to sell the part new again.
