I'm at 21194 build on my 21. I don't have nav. What am I gaining to update?

Nothing really noticeable. Just background updates at this point. That said, I’m still doing them. Just in case.

Thanks. On my 21 I've still got time I assume for the free one. On my 19 I might be getting close. Not sure if it's 3 years or what of free updates. I want to get as high of build as I can before they're not free.

Sync3 updates are always free. Maps are another story. I was able to download maps 21 over the summer for free so I'm not complaining.

A pirated version showed up back in October of this build on Syn3. Only difference I found was in Fords a file has extension .AA and in the pirated version its .AB. Same files sizes even. Seem to be that EU and Asian cars get updates months before US does.

I was asking @gadgtfreek who mentioned his files stayed the same but didn't mention the build #.

Cyanlabs always is one step ahead on Sync updates. They always have the latest before Ford releases them on their site. They are real Ford files. Either the Ford update site is still not working or I do not have an update.

Mine shows 3.4.22200 on the Ford site. It updated a couple of weeks ago but like everyone else, no change to the version number.

The version will not change at this point. 3.4 is where we end. The build is current.

This update (the one that was announced via email today) was quick. Still won't indicate in the system that my car is fully updated. I don't expect that will ever work as it should.

Finally! My update status is now up-to-date after my last flash. Not that it's a huge deal, but it does give some piece of mind and ensure that I'll be aware when the next update is available.

Just updated it today, and I only realized there was an update while sitting in a 2019 F-150 at the dealership I work at and noticed the SiriusXM screen was showing album artwork, which I'm guessing was done awhile back as the F-150 version was 21xxx.

Only thing I notice that's different between the vehicles is the F-150, when using the tuning dial for SiriusXM, brings up a sliding channel list I can scroll through instead of just moving up or down one channel at a time. I tried looking through the Sync settings in my car, but I didn't notice any way to try and change it to how the F-150 dial works, so I'm guessing it's just something that's different.

It was version 22200, and on the SiriusXM screen (and the other audio options), the text got shifted over to the left side of the screen and on the SiriusXM screen a little square appeared where the album art would go. It didn't show up right away, I'm guessing it still had to download data, but it was there.

I have the square where the album art would go, but no actual album art on SiriusXM. Just a blue square with music notes. Do you have actual album art on SiriusXM, or just the same blue square?
