It's navigation maps update, not sync software itself - I believe.

I got this as an over-the-air update while my car sat in my garage. It's on a battery tender and within range of my wifi. Must have downloaded automatically. Map version was showing as 1.18 one day.

Still no word from Ford on 3.4. At this point I'm wondering if they are working on something else and skipping 3.4.

v3.4 has had multiple releases, but they've been limited to dealer updates and MY20 vehicles thus far. It's possible the latest build goes out to the v3.2+ crowd, but TBD.

I just got a 2020 MKZ-H and it came with 3.4 19273, so it's out there, just not for all units

This is what I don’t get. Why are we 3.3 owners not getting what appears to be a readily available update from Ford?
