Official Ford Sync3 3.4 Release

Version 3.4.21020 released 4/2/21. Did full Cyan upgrade from 3.4.20351 with 20 Maps to new 3.4.21020 version. Took about an hour to downgrade, reformat and then lay down 3.4.21020, APPS and new 20 Maps down.

Doesn't look like 3.4.21020 is available for the 2019+ cars yet. :(

Ah! Good research sir! And yea, you might be right. Is this something we should submit to our dealers as warranty thing? I don't know how much I want my dash taken apart to possibly replace things, it'll be creak city then.

Can anyone with a functioning Android Auto, digital cluster and full Maps information post what theirs looks like, so we can compare and potential show dealers? My car is currently at a dealer for CEL and oil change, so would love to show them.

200 miles to empty with a 3/4 tank. That is because of your road trip. Don't be surprised when it shows those 200 miles to empty with a full tank Actually mine usually shows 211 when full. This week I was doing some testing, so more like 175 to empty on full. I filled up on Saturday and have a 1/4 tank today (Sunday) and I never left town.

I entered my VIN at the Ford Sync site and it said update available. My car is 5 days old. So I tried downloading it. Didn't work. I checked update history. It showed it had already updated by itself before I got to the car that morning. But I have no idea what changes were made.

I think lot of times uploading the file back into the SYNC/Ford website is the cause for this. Essentially once your update is done, the SYNC unit gives you a file you upload to the site, that's how they keep track what version your VIN has. If the update was done, but log file not uploaded, this could be why you're seeing two different versions.

YES!! I was thinking I was a bit weird to have it, but it fits so well with the Bullitt! The purple as the ambient light is also one of the best, with deep blue (custom made) and red being close 2nd and 3rd options for me.
I try to switch up colors to not let it get boring for me, but always end up going back to the purple/green combo.

I would also highly recommend creating a deep blue custom color (the already-created blue is too light for me), it looks super good on ambient and on the performance gauges in the middle.

I keep lamenting about this too. Just got back from an 8hr drive from DC. On winters 255 in the back I was at 28-29mpg for the trip, same route on stock summers 275s was 25-26.5mpg. During my work commute it's not great.

But. It's all worth it once you toggle the sport mode and kind of get on its neck. VROOM

My Ecoboost Mustang is typically 400 to 420 miles to empty after filling the tank. Typically fill it with 390 miles on the trip odometer but sometimes push it over 400.
