Because I'm keeping my EB, This will be my second mustang, I tried to justify just getting something else fun to drive, because the EB suffers In the hot climate that I live I looked at every car maker and the other competitors to the mustang. Camaro, Challenger, Corvette, I even looked at older used cars, enthusiast cars I wanted something fun, don't get me wrong the EB is fast and easy to drive but I guess deep down we always want something more and just nothing beats the mustang dollar to dollar.

I went today and placed my order query for a 2017 GT Premium in lightning blue, and I didn't compromise I got it exactly how I want It this time around and I hope to finalize the order tomorrow and then the wait begins, but it'll be worth it.

Time to start hunting for some deals on GT exhausts. :ninja:

Not a daily? Want an aggressive exhaust that isn't expensive? Solo Performance. Done. Any of the three catbacks. XV is the quietest, Thunder is loud enough to get all the attention you want, Race gets you the attention you might not want every day.

It won't be a daily, but I'll probably go half and half so they both get to stretch their legs, I don't have high mileage on my cars to begin with. Solo definitely makes some quality stuff that sounds great, but since I have some time to look around I'll be weighing all options though I appreciate all of your guy's Input. This one won't be modded other than exhaust, Interior LEDs, hood struts and tint.

Wait out and find a good deal on a used Borla/Corsa. I stuck with it and ended up snatching up a Borla S Type catback for $600 + my stock exhaust. Still one of the best sounding exhaust I've personally heard on the S550. Highway driving it's very respectable and no drone. Low tones are nice and deep and WOT are loud and scream GTFO of my way. Get an exhaust that you will want to keep. So if you plan on doing headers later keep that in mind too.

What's the reasoning for having 2 Mustangs?
I suppose no real reason at all to be honest, my current EB Is paid in full, perhaps I'll sell It In a year or two, I may just gut In and make It Into a track rat the platform obviously has a lot to give when modified correctly, tons of possibilities.

Like I said In my OP It just comes back to not being able to get what you really wanted In the first place, we all make compromises, I'm In the position to get what I want, I enjoy the car and the platform so why not? :headbonk:

My EB however feels as If It was built on a day where the QC was absent I've had quite a few issues with things breaking or coming apart just from normal wear, obviously all taken care of under warranty, But still my friend's newer 16s/17s all feel that much more refined. That being just daily driving experience, road feel, cabin noise, etc.

Corsa sport. You won't be disappointed, and it's worth the price 100%. It's solidly loud at WOT but not obnoxious, yet very quiet when driving slowly. No drone at all.

I agree with the corsa guys. No drone, aggressive. Great discount via forum retailers but still expensive though.

I run a Roush Axle-back and J&M X Pipe. It sounds awesome and is LOUD. Total it cost me $679 for both. $530 for Roush and $149 for the J&M. I'm very happy with the setup and get a lot of compliments on it. There are many other great sounding exhaust out there but I personally liked this one, especially for the price.

I love my Ford Racing (Borla) S type exhaust for the same reasons...especially the WOT...GTFO of my way sound when you want it. I got the black chrome tips.
