Every motor sports follow worries about fuel mileage. It is not in common for a race to be won or lost on fuel mileage. So as enthusiasts why shouldn't we think about mileage? You guys are funny. Who buys a sporty car to compare milage. Mine at the track will run 47 minutes until needing fuel. Highway cruise 27.3 mpg. I get there fill up and drive several sessions and smile.n who cares. Lol
Cause we don't lose when we get low on gas. We just stop at our next convenience and fill up.Every motor sports follow worries about fuel mileage. It is not in common for a race to be won or lost on fuel mileage. So as enthusiasts why shouldn't we think about mileage?
Part of the experience for me is knowing what my car gets for mileage, it's an indication if the car is running at peak efficiency.Cause we don't lose when we get low on gas. We just stop at our next convenience and fill up.
We're not racing, were enjoying the experience.
or doing the opposite... get going then clutch in and watch that mpg climb insanely fast. What's fun is resetting your mileage after a fillup, pulling out 20 feet, then idling at an intersection. The mileage ticks down like you're leaking gas...
