Hello I just saw this old post of yours,Good morning guys,
we own a MY2020 GT Premium, great car, a lot of fun.
But, we have a big problem with the noise between 1500 - 2500 rpm.
There is a noise or rattling on the driver side, omg...
We done a lot of things already (nothing worked):
- Door panel removed and insulated
- Weatherstrip removed and the plate under it, tighten the srews under it
- Stones between door and Front removed
- Exterior mirror mask off
- Side stripe and wheel arch checked
- A and C Pillar removed
We are hopeless...
Thanks for help.
Best regards,
Birdmaster
See Page 3 and Post 45 with my picture and instructionsHello I just saw this old post of yours,
Could you help me out and direct me to where you found step by step instructions of how you did the following? I believe I may have a buzzing or something loose that sounds like it's coming from the top of the driver side door, basically near the seat belt holder or above the window near the ceiling and I have a feeling it's something loose in the weatherstrip area.
- Weatherstrip removed and the plate under it, tighten the screws under it

@AlbertcadoDoes anyone know how to get to the arrowed area safely and put everything back properly?
thanks! it sounds like you just pull it or yank at it? sounds vague but I guess that's how it's removed and put back on.@Albertcado
see this thread response by M6G member @ChrisG maybe it helps to explain more of the same area you are asking about:

What did you do with the pressure line once you found out it was causing the noise?Thank you all!
After 12 months of noise when accelerating, we solved it.
A guy in our german Mustang forum had a similar noise.
On the driver side, near to the exhaust pipe a pressure line sometimes touched the body of the car.
You can see the pressure line on the pic over the heatshield going down to the bottom of the pic.
We hope it works for other Mustang drivers too.
Best regards from good old Germany ;-)
