@Albertcado
We pushed the line a little to the side with our hands. There is a holder into which the line can be pressed, but this also made a slight noise. Just pushed to the side.
Nothing more after one year of noise.
Best regards from Germany, Birdmaster
Thank you all!
After 12 months of noise when accelerating, we solved it.
A guy in our german Mustang forum had a similar noise.
On the driver side, near to the exhaust pipe a pressure line sometimes touched the body of the car.
You can see the pressure line on the pic over the heatshield...
Thanks to all of you for your replies.
We wish you merry Christmas and a happy new year from Germany.
Stay safe in this special times.
We drive again in march 2021, see you soon.
Best regards Birdmaster / Andreas:like:
@Jason555 Thank you for your answer.
It is very interesting you have the same noise.
Yes it seems to resonate more depending on the exhaust note.
Normal we can hear it, more in Sport+ and most in Race mode.
You drive the A10, ours is a MT6.
I think there is a vibration on the headshields...
Hi Guys, greetings from Germany again.
The amp wasn't the issue.
A guy from the german mustang forum mentioned the heatshield near the catalyst.
He changed his exhaust and had a noise "same" as ours...
@Freedom Thank you so much. We have seen this video. We want to check the amp in the next 2 weeks. Our job give us too little time for driving our Mustang "Lea" ;-(
This morning we visit a local dealer. His explanation was, the window should be aligned. He made no testdrive and he sayed we should do it ourselves....
Great job!
He should find another job...
Thank you, yes we did. You can hear the noise only if driver side window is closed.
Tomorrow we want to check the headliner.
Or could it be the airbag over the window driver side?
Mhhhh???
Good morning from Germany.
We are still on our Rattle / Noise Journey...:crackup::lipssealed:
We made a lot of testdrives, 90% noise is located at the top of the driver window.
We pulled out a label on the headliner, but still no chance.
In some youtube videos u see the sideairbag in...
Thanks for your ideas. i am currently at work. On vacation next week. Mustang (named "Lea") is at home, door panel driver side off. Looking in the evening for more parts which are rattling and making freaky noises.
It is great to know we are looking together to make our Mustang quieter ;-)...
@Elp_jc Thank you, but i dont think so. It is not a engine noise. We recognize the rattle most with window closed. If you open the window a little bit, the noise is still there. Open the window more you cant here it. Freaky...
You can here the noise sometimes on bad roads.
