After being able to track my order "Processing" since the order banks opened. Now I see this. Anyone else or should I call my dealer?

EDIT: I can now once again see my "Processing" status. It appears that this was just a momentary glitch in their system. I suspect the site isn't properly coded to handle no response from the backend DB.

Quite a few people have had this occur over time. It has not meant that your order disappeared. You can send a private message to FordService or talk to your dealer to get status if you can't see it in COTUS.

I've seen the same thing each time I've checked in the last couple of days. I just hit "refresh" and it pulls the data as it normally does. Glitch in the system.

If you're close enough to the coasts the breeze makes it bearable, I'll take the heat for 4 months over the frigid cold plus you can drive year round
