I have to think your seat/headrest isn't adjusted properly and/or you don't understand how your head is suppose to rest on the headrest. Our headrest are forward angled so your head should just touch it like in their Picture#1...

Yeah I noticed that too, doesn't do it in reverse. This was after a 15 minute drive home from work at ~35-40mph. Doesn't seem to come and go, it's fairly consistent. It might be doing it at higher speeds and I just can't hear it do to wind noise.

I can hear the sound when moving at low speed(parking lot speeds) with my window open.
Something you should know about the cooled seats. The back is suppose to cool too, if it doesn't you should take it to the dealership for warranty repair.
Almost certainly, it can't be a coincidence that the seat back cooler doesn't work correctly and the manually happens to not mention that the seat back should be cooled. The feature in the manual and sales material is very vaguely described and I think that's on purpose. Many people probably...
