COTUS - No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again.

I checked my order this morning since it has become a habit of mine and when entering my info this error message pops up... "No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again." Is anyone else having this issue? I tried both on Cotus and Cotusb on Safari.

I track mine and other cars my dealer has ordered all the time. It's not unusual for one or all of them not show up in COTUS occasionally. So you're all good Brian. If you want a piece of mind just send Ford Service your order info and they can verify everything is all good for you!

Once I got a VIN on my order about 3 weeks ago my order number and dealer code stopped working. Hasn't worked once since and I just have to use the VIN.
