I've been selling off my fleet. The kids have moved away and have no room for these toys.

I'm purging the carbureted toys and getting new EFI bikes.

I traded the Yamaha R6 for an FJR1300.

Last Sunday, my '97 KTM 620 dual-sport found a new owner. I had given it a patriotic makeover. The personalized license plate read "MURICA".

Last week, I picked up a '20 WR250R as my lightweight dirt bike. I'm still breaking it in, but it's a blast so far. The grandkids will love it.

The only bike I have remaining to sell is a '05 WR450F:

To complete the set, I have a '21 Tênêrê 700 on order scheduled to arrive in June.

I'm trying to go dual-sport, lightweight and simple for the dirt bikes.

I'm with ya. No more carbs for me. Even my snowmobiles are fuel injected.
I even switched to cordless weed wackers and chainsaws!
Now I just need a FI zero turn and snowblower...

Always been a Japanese bike owner, mostly Hondas (in my younger days,) then onto a variety of Kawasakis in my 30's thru 50's. I tend to like UJM's and lightweight ST's. But two years back I went Yamaha, my first venture w/that brand, buying this FJR1300, so my daughter & I could ride together. Wonderful bike, especially for 2-up riding situations. Sadly, she's getting ready to head off to college so I think I'll be selling this ride and going lighter once again very soon.

Hey hey, I spy a ZRX! I had an '01 1200R that I absolutely LOVED, but unfortunately totalled in a nasty crash that I miraculously survived. In fact it happened exactly 10 years ago some time this month. (I look at my two young boys and truly believe they are why I'm here today. It just wasn't my time to go.)

I took those pics about 2 or 3 weeks before the bike was destroyed. Man that thing was a beast, and such an amazing all-around machine. I really do miss it.

I still have my helmet from that day as a reminder...
