I've owned 2-2019 Bullitts, both with low mileage. I think I know of the sound you describe. You can generally hear it between shifts on first, second and third, especially if you're getting into it a bit and there's some rev overhang. Kinda sounds like a rattle.

Ford put those same type silly resonators in my S197 Bullitts. They were easily removed and capped off. They did nothing, affected nothing, improved nothing. Removal was simple and just cleaned up the tube appearance. Fear not.

I figure if the owner likes it who am I to criticize but WHY pick a Bullitt if you're going to modify it's appearance w/stripes, louvered hood, wings, etc? Just for the damn color? Just buy a PP1 or 2 and mod to your content.
