Hello, is it possible to fold the mirrors when locking the car and also to tilt them when reversing on a European version?(The mirrors have a button for manual folding.)

Is it also possible to add easy entry to a model that isn't equipped with seat memory?

Thank you
Not without the memory. Both the seat and the mirror need the memory in order to know exactly where to return later on. The mirror also needs to know how much to tilt. That is, even the tilted position is chosen by you and saved in memory; it won't just go down as much as it can.
The memory function is not just deactivated from the European software. It is actually missing. So it's not a matter of flicking a bit in ForScan, sadly.

The folding of the mirrors inward requires the European side mirror motor which clearly the US does not have as well, so even if you got the Eu version side mirrors the whole code is not in there.

But you can do what one person suggested to me which works for me, since we have 3 memory settings, I use number 3 to adjust the mirrors in the down position so this way before backing up I put it in neutral hit mem 3 and then put it in reverse. And after parking or getting out of the car and locking it later when you unlock it it goes back to memory 1 so you dont have to..

Hello!

I've managed a successful swap of my 2015 IPC to a 2018 IPC (with updated Gauge cluster covers) to get the digital speedo without sacrificing the needles. What can I say, I like retro?

However, I cannot get the chimes / warnings for the Cross Traffic Assist working. The option shows up in the IPC, but no warnings.

Car has has auto cruise control and rain sensors added. Thanks Falk03!

Have completed some exhaustive searching and cannot figure this out. Would love some help!

My current IPC configuration is attached! Bonus photos of the "Daytona" custom faces from Moman in Poland!

Alternatively, if anyone has a standard IPC (not the digital) that is getting successful CTA warnings could post their As-Built Data, I am happy to troubleshoot digit by digit.

I had to use the '18 and up blind spot sensors. Bought used ones from a Fusion if I remember correctly. Now how do I get those gauge faces?

^Agree, Moman is legit!

They are highly recommended, have looked into them for a different vehicle previously and while that project didnt push through, I would have had no hesitation getting the overlays I was looking at then.

To clarify, you had to swap out your 15-17 sensors to the 18+ sensors and the warnings returned to the IPC? If that's the case, have a quick snapshot of the As-Built for the new sensors?

Today, my 15-17 sensors work for the BLIS, just not the CTA.

Thanks!

Yes, BLIS worked but CTA didn't work till I plugged in the JR3T-14D453-CC monitors. eBay has them used a lot cheaper than new. It was a while ago but I think I didn't have to do anything special with Forscan. Evidently the full digital upgrade can still work with the 15-17 monitors. At least I haven't heard of anyone having an issue.

You were spot-on. Changed to -CC monitors and borrowed as-built from a 2019+ car and perfectly functional.

I do have another DTC I cannot clear: Code: U0158 - Lost Communication With Head Up Display

I did not install the HUD in my vehicle since the IPC has beeping and its own messaging.

Anyone know the As-Built to clear this error code and have the C-CM not look for a HUD?

I’m having the exact same issue with my swap. Would you mind sharing the AS-Built that made the CTA finally work?
Thanks for your help.

I'd be happy to, but that laptop just died... so I dont have an EZ bluetooth to my adapter for a bit. May take a few weeks to get a screenshot, but I will certainly get it moving!

Sadly, I am unable to upload the ABT files, so if you have another way to share, I'm all ears.
