Not without the memory. Both the seat and the mirror need the memory in order to know exactly where to return later on. The mirror also needs to know how much to tilt. That is, even the tilted position is chosen by you and saved in memory; it won't just go down as much as it can.Hello, is it possible to fold the mirrors when locking the car and also to tilt them when reversing on a European version?(The mirrors have a button for manual folding.)
Is it also possible to add easy entry to a model that isn't equipped with seat memory?
Thank you

The folding of the mirrors inward requires the European side mirror motor which clearly the US does not have as well, so even if you got the Eu version side mirrors the whole code is not in there. Not without the memory. The memory function is not just deactivated from the European software. It is actually missing. So it's not a matter of flicking a bit in ForScan, sadly.

Thank you. I will get a set and try that out.I had to use the '18 and up blind spot sensors. Bought used ones from a Fusion if I remember correctly. Now how do I get those gauge faces?
They were a "custom" set, which I emailed them, they created, and I approved. Took about four weeks.
To clarify, you had to swap out your 15-17 sensors to the 18+ sensors and the warnings returned to the IPC? If that's the case, have a quick snapshot of the As-Built for the new sensors?I had to use the '18 and up blind spot sensors. Bought used ones from a Fusion if I remember correctly. You were spot-on. Changed to -CC monitors and borrowed as-built from a 2019+ car and perfectly functional.Yes, BLIS worked but CTA didn't work till I plugged in the JR3T-14D453-CC monitors. eBay has them used a lot cheaper than new. It was a while ago but I think I didn't have to do anything special with Forscan. Evidently the full digital upgrade can still work with the 15-17 monitors. At least I haven't heard of anyone having an issue.
I’m having the exact same issue with my swap. Would you mind sharing the AS-Built that made the CTA finally work? You were spot-on. Changed to -CC monitors and borrowed as-built from a 2019+ car and perfectly functional.
I'd be happy to, but that laptop just died... so I dont have an EZ bluetooth to my adapter for a bit. May take a few weeks to get a screenshot, but I will certainly get it moving!I’m having the exact same issue with my swap. Would you mind sharing the AS-Built that made the CTA finally work?
Thanks for your help.
