"Drastically"? YES!

This statement is so far off base it's laughable.

This goes well beyond reaching and lands in the category of absurdity. I don't see how anybody can seriously say a SN-95, S197 and S550 are anywhere near one another. They have styling cues that say mustang but if you can't see the drastic differences between just the S197 and S550...

Sorry.

Even chevy admits that the design was an evolution of the old one were Ford did a total makeover...
When I saw a new SS in person, I have to admit I was impressed. Whatever minor changes they made to the front end and elsewhere on the car, it seems to be a noticeable improvement, IMHO. The one I saw was in a light metallic blue and it really popped. Looked awesome, actually. But then a week later I bought a black GT350. My first Ford car ever. (But I've had a few trucks, 8 at last count). This car is begging me to track it. So next month we're going see what it can do. Watch out you "C" cars.

Sounds like an excuse to mention on a Mustang forum on why you didn't buy an amazing car. I mean, that transmission is such a POS, RIGHT?

Next excuse.....
How about you just ignore me?? Mmmm k?

Yes, after years of a T56 going to the MT82 sucked. Clutch feel is terrible. Transmission is notchy. Oh, did we mention the exploding clutches? Amazing car??? Meh. Is it a good car? Hell yes. Is it an amazing car? Maybe to some of you guys but the GT was no faster than my GTO and it really offered nothing new that I just HAD to have it.

Sorry to have an opinion that goes against the grain here.

MT82 Transmission is manufactured in China. That alone would worry me.

People need to stop trying to assume 2.0T sales based on the EB. The EB is not the entry car like the 2.0T is and GM will sell more V6 cars than turbo cars. I've said it before, people are going to pay to upgrade to the V6 because the majority of people are uneducated about turbo cars. This forum is a perfect example of that based on a lot of the comments. A lot of people admitted they would have gotten the V6 Mustang if it was available as a premium.

If all camaro 6G sales were 6,879 then its pretty dawn good numbers for a refreshed model (appearance). We just don't know how many of 6,879 are 5G camaro in March 2016 sales. I would said the 4cyl 2.0 will replace the 5G camaro that was carried over 2016 sales.

Camaro 6G sales will jump higher for the short term, then it would settles less than 6,500 per month. jmho

And if chevy sells 50K Camaros a year that's not terrible sales for a sports car.

There are (322) 2016's in 100 miles from Pitty.

There are (97) 2015's in 100 miles...

Hard to really tell what's up, no shortage in the Pitt area.

If the Camaro were a sports car, the Alpha Camaro was suppose to be the $$$$ maker. The ATS/CTS sold just over 3000 combined, the Camaro gets all 3 together.... IT STILL got outsold by the '15-'16.

The Mustang won, hands down, checkmate. Ford has been making profit and I'm willing to bet T&D is paid for. Ford hasn't needed an equipment update or lightweight material yet. It's just been selling...

12,500 here...
1000 in the UK...
2000-3000 in EU
2000-3000 in Asia
1000-2000 in South Am.

Outselling the 2005-2006 in the back stretch.

Pity we're not seeing any numbers from outside of NA. I had a chat with my sales person at the Ford Store last week and he was saying that even in a VERY Mustang-unfriendly tax country like NL, they still manage to fill up all of their manufacturing allocations. Mind you that in Europe you basically buy a car from the factory, so all cars that are being manufactured for us are basically already sold to a customer.

Yeah, I mean a 2015 Mustang really offered nothing more than your 2006 GTO.:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:. Quit lying.

Why though? It's not a base car but the base ENGINE. You can get the 2.0T loaded up exactly like the EB.

It didn't. Like I said it wasn't faster. It didn't have a better motor (debatable), transmission was worse, FE was worse, interior comfort was worse. I already had Bluetooth and all that stuff. Tell me exactly what the Mustang would have offered me?

What's funny is I own a Ford but I'm a troll. Good try.

Except the ages of buyers of the EB have dropped the average age of ownership for the Mustang. Same will happen with Camaro. Younger guys have grown up with turbos just like older guys have grown up with V8s.

Come back and tell me when I'm right. It will happen.
