Question. What is needed to run LTH and still Run Stock Cats? Do these LTH kits come with adapter pipes? Would I have to buy them with new Cats.
Ready to order lTH but want to make sure I can connect to OEM Active Exhaust. Thanks
they would come with new high flow cats and most will connect to oem connectoin point

Hopping in this thread.

Thinking of getting LT headers for my 19’ GT PP1 as well. Apart from sound, will I get any performance gains after installing LT headers? If not, then I don’t see why I should be getting the pricier ones. LTH sounds convincing; I might go for that.

Also, I’m planning on either installing the headers with a HH-pipe and keeping the factory AE, or headers with AWE cat-back touring exhaust system. Any thoughts? I’d love to hear how both the setups sounds.
yes, sound is a secondary benefit in addtion to power.

i would start with just the headers, the awe already has an h pipe and an amazing sound to it, no reason to hack up a great exhaust. see how you like it with the headers

The high flow cats and resonator delete will definitely make it louder and even without a tune you will see a small bump in power. On mine I have the xforce catback with the middle resonator. Cold starts are bearable but loud, at idle warm there's a good low rumble and it screams when accelerating. But on date night I can close the free flow valves in the varex mufflers and it gets almost stock quiet. There are ways to have the longtubes and high flows and still not have your neighbors hate you.

Stainless power longtubes I got were excellent fit n finish and didn’t break the bank. Installed on jackstands in the garage. Very happy with them. Did a quick write up somewhere on here.

You definitely get performance increase with long tubes. More efficiently when tuning for them as well.

I had Corsa Xtremes paired to ARH long tubes but due to the trumpety tone cut off the rear Corsa section and added AWE Touring rear paired to the Corsa double x mated to the ARH long tubes. Full ARH Touring catback will sound a bit deeper and likely a tad quieter with the resonated H but this may at least give you an idea.

Oh lord, she SCREAMS!! How’s it like cruising at highway speed? Can it be uncomfortably loud at times?

Hi. I have a 2019 GT PP1 and want to install a set of High Quality , Direct Fit, no modifications required 1 7/8 LTH CATED like Kooks, But I would rather not spend $3000 if their were equivalent ones people are having great luck with. Thank you for your help.
LTH makes a great quality header with amazing finish. The fitment on them are amazing as well. We are a LTH dealer here at www.lethalperformance.com! So how much added RWHP on a stock gen 3 with high flowing long tubes should be expected? 5, 10, 20, +20 hp?

0 drone. Cruising is mellow. But the fun pedal is instantly loud. WOT can be bonkers but nornal throttle has nice character in the low rpms without it being overbearing.

I couldn't tell you but these cars respond pretty good to things. I think I saw a dyno of a guy getting 3hp to the wheels from a catback. So is figure headers and high flow cats another 5-10hp the real increases come from the tune.

3hp is within standard deviation of a dyno from pull to pull. So likely probably netted 0 or a couple at most from the catback. Long tubes with tune probably around 25rwhp.

From what I've read, the real increase is from an e85 tune. I'm planning on going that route since e is available in my area. Just wondering if spending 2k on headers is worth it on a NA car. I know being "worth it" is subjective but 5-10 hp isn't to me. I'll do more digging to try and find out what to realistically expect from them. Depending on what I find, I may just save for boost.

By far tuning for e85 is the best bang for your buck with no other mods. Adding long tubes on top of that is probably another 15-20whp on top of the 35-40 you'll probably get from the e.

If you live where e isn't available and you have the Ford performance tune, are long tubes going to produce a decent bump in power of would it be a waste of money?
